Torashii Return Policy

At Torashii, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts gear straight from Thailand to your doorstep. Our products go through thorough quality checks before shipping, ensuring you receive the best gear for your training and competition needs.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have a strict return policy to protect both our customers and our business. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is faulty or not as described (e.g., defective, incorrect item received).
✅ The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
✅ The return is initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
✅ You provide proof of postage when returning the item.

🚫 We do not accept returns for:
❌ Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
❌ Items returned without original packaging and tags.
❌ Bundle items (all sales are final on bundled products).
❌ Items that do not meet the conditions listed above.

2. Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • We will provide a refund to your original payment method once the return is approved.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the refund may be disapproved.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

3. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for size or color differences.

  • To help you get the right fit, we provide detailed size guides and product descriptions.

  • Please check these guides carefully before purchasing.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

Include:

✔ A brief description of the issue
✔ Photos of the faulty/incorrect item

📦 Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

  • You must provide proof of postage once you have sent the return.

💳 Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Torashii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please:

  • Check with your local post office or courier service.

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

6. Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the refund may be denied.

  • Returns that do not follow our policy may be sent back at your expense.

Cancelling an Order

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
