How You’ll Pay for Customs, Duties & Fees
If your order is subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) once your package arrives in your country and clears customs.
You’ll typically have two options to pay:
1. Pay Online via a Secure Email Link
The shipping carrier may send you an email with a secure payment link to pay your customs fees before the package is delivered. This helps speed up delivery and avoid missed drop-offs (You usually will save money this way).
2. Pay the Delivery Driver
If you prefer, you may also be able to pay the required fees directly to the driver at the time of delivery. Be sure to have a credit/debit card or exact cash available (depending on the carrier's policy).
Heads up: These fees must be paid before the delivery can be completed. If not paid promptly, the package may be returned to the sender.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned to our supplier, a return shipping and restocking fee may apply, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
In some cases, we may forward you the customs payment link if the carrier sends it to us directly. This will come from our official email address.
